Payoff statement policy

Occasionally some of the folks that we have financed their home for them consider refinancing or selling their home and need an official payoff statement. Our accountants can prepare that for you. If you want a notarized copy of your mortgage note payoff with per diems for up to two weeks they charge an administrative fee of $45 before the document is prepared. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance for us to have one prepared.
