Carter Realty Advisors, LLC d/b/a Carter Rent To Own is an equal housing opportunity provider. We follow Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act), which as amended, prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability). Our approval process evaluates paid applications in the order they are submitted. We do not consider another application until we approve, conditionally approve, or reject an application. If rejected we go to the next one. When we approve one if there are other applicants that submitted paid applications behind them we refund their fees. We do not keep waiting lists because of the risks associated with getting someone out of order.
